Processing time: Is 24 hours for order verification, quality check and packaging.

Shipping time: Please allow 2-3 Days for all orders. 

Once handed to the shipping company, we are not liable for any delays, or loss or missing parcels! and you acknowledge that it is beyond our control! The times stated are an estimate.

RETURNS/REFUNDS 

There are strictly no refunds or cancellations. If we request proof of identification and you fail to provide it, your order will be cancelled. If you fail to provide us with your correct details and it results being sent to the wrong address we are also not responsible.
